ixler8's founder has had an eclectic international career. Key highlights:

 

In 1989 it all began with a financial services start up which was sold 4 years later.

 

A deep interest in human behaviour and psychology led to the launch of a leading edge human resources consultancy based in London for the technology and retail market in 1994, a practitioner in Myers Briggs, Neuro Lingustic Programming (NLP) and various occupational psychological tools for the last 20 years. 

 

Owned an international search and selection business with offices in London and New York, aimed at the internet and technology markets during the dot com boom and following 4 years.

 

Clients were Reuters, Kingfisher Group, Marconi, beenz, Corechange, Tradaq, Vodafone and many more.

 

In addition and during for a decade, global exposure and experience in natural commodities, resources and mining markets in Asia, Africa, Europe and The Middle East.

 

Featured in Institute of Director Magazine 2005, Financial Times 2006, Living Well Magazine 2005, BBC2 Careers Programme 2002, Computing Magazine ‘’Career Conference’’ main conference speaker several times. Guest advisor, Digital TV Jobshop, various other press articles, Financial Times 2014.
